What can I say about Kim? It was a process that lasted a good while with issues from my side but Kim was a life saver throughout. I was buying through Kim and at all times she was present, clear with all comms, supportive, understanding, not afraid to tackle any situation and on top of that was always willing to go above and beyond to try and assist and help out. It's been a pleasure and honestly, thank you so much for the assistance. Wouldn't have got over the line without you.

Wards was initially very proactive in marketing my property. Everyone was polite, pleasant and professional Unfortunately the process took so long that only Yasmin was there throughout. Once Kim Batchelor was appointed to help to move things on I felt very supported. Her efforts really helped. She was very informed about her job and offered welcome advice when needed. Her presence meant that I was still sane at the end of this challenging sale. Many thanks

Once my chain was complete Kim quickly introduced herself as my contact to help me through my sale and purchase. The process had ups and downs along the way but she was only a call or email away to help with any issues that arose or just to put my mind at rest. From our initial viewing to exchange, the process has been handled with great diligence and professionalism. Anna worked really well in meeting our needs to get the sale through - great communication and attention to detail. Our sale was then taken over by Kim, due to Anna’s departure to a new branch. Kim has been super efficient, understanding and detailed; working to meet the needs of both the sellers and us, to reach an early exchange date before the Xmas period. I just wanted to thank Anna and Kim for their tremendous efforts, in helping us to reach our final milestone - our new home for 2025!

We used Wards gravesend branch to sell our house. They were extremely professional and all staff were caring and attentive. I would especially like to recommend Kim Batchelor, who helped push our sale over the finish line to exchange. It had been a very complicated chain and without her help at the end I'm not sure we would have been able to secure our new home. I would like to say a massive thank you Kim, and Wards.

In March , Wards valued our home at a high price and despite being a little nervous they encouraged us to go for it and see what happened. Wards sold our House at full asking price in less than three days, and progressed our chain to completion in seven weeks. We have had a very stressful time with solicitors during the process of our move and Wards have been absolutely fantastic the whole time. In particular Simran, who has been helping us from the word go - but also Nick and Matthew. They always pick up the phone and do whatever they can to keep things moving. We had low and unfair valuations from other agents who clearly just wanted a quick sale but Wards achieved a price we were extremely happy with after just 3 viewings.
