I cannot praise Bromley Proctor’s enough! The service we received was nothing short of excellent. They genuinely care about their clients and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Having dealt with another proctor before (Langley Park) I can confidently say that this service was equally great. We had to meet a tight deadline to complete both our sale and purchase so that we could apply for a local school, and their expertise and dedication were instrumental in making the process as quick and hassle-free as possible. I'm thrilled to say that we met the deadline! I am truly grateful for their support and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a fantastic and personal experience. I used Proctors as my estate agent to sell my previous home and they also represented the seller of my new home. I could not be happier with the service I received. On the sale of my property, they produced high quality particulars and advised that an open day would be the best approach. This generated a strong level of interest and a number of offers. They guided me through the process of selecting a preferred offer, and when that buyer fell through for reasons outside their control, they moved quickly to secure one of the other bidders, avoiding unnecessary delay. Their communication was excellent throughout. They were consistently kind and patient, taking the time to clearly explain every stage of the process, which I really appreciated after not having moved for many years and navigating a long and complex chain as both a buyer and a seller. Their proactivity really helped. They always seemed to be the party chasing the chain, keeping everyone honest, and pushing things forward when needed, which made a real difference. I have been an agent for over 25 years now so have dealt with hundreds of agents over the years. I was involved in a chain and had the pleasure working with Anthony at Proctors. Between us we managed to get a sale through that was at times on the brink of collapse due to the agents below not being completely honest about their clients position. The agents at the bottom were extremely hard to get hold of until towards the latter stages of the transaction but fortunately Anthony bypassed them and was in contact with the solicitors directly which helped massively. We have just completed on the sale and I want to say a huge thank you to Anthony from one professional to another.
