GoogleHave now been in our new Pentland home at Terlingham Gardens Hawkinge for 6 months , the first phase is now complete , the time seems to have flown , it feels very safe and secure as a gated retirement community with very friendly residents always there to help if needed . The sales team were very helpful from start to finish in our purchase process many thanks especially to Ann , Gill and Rachel ,any issues or problems have been dealt with by the sales team and the site team of Andy and Karol very promptly , thanks very much , would recommend Pentland and the retirement village to anyone wishing to have this type lifestyle , also Matt is doing grand job with the garden areas which are now getting established now looking forward to our first summer here .

GoogleIt's hard to believe we have now been in our Pentland Home for five weeks now, how time flies. They say moving home is one of the three most stressful periods of your life and I have to say that at times it felt like it. Can I quickly say not from Pentland Homes. From when we initially decided that the Malvern house would be the home we would like to move into Pentland have been nothing but helpful. Can you also pass on our gratitude to Shirley and Caroline in sales and Paul and Allen whom are a credit to Pentland Homes and have made the transition a pleasure and not a chore. Having worked on new residential sites for 40 plus years I have seen more sites and met more site teams than I care to remember and yours are a credit to you. For a long time I have worked with the Berkeley group and that means high end apartments in London with extremely high price tags. The finish of Berkeley is as I thought second to none. That was until I walked into my new home. Your specification and attention to detail is faultless and I congratulate you for your standard and vision which is hard to find with any of the New Home Developers. If we do move again over the coming years Pentland Homes will be our First point of call. Thank you Pentland.

Both Joanna and Georgia have been super helpful throughout, both very knowledgeable and always able to help with any questions we had. Our Pentland home is really lovely, Steve the site manager has really helped us to appreciate the details of the build, and being on hand to help us settle in. Our home has been well designed and thought out. We are looking forward to living in our new surroundings and watching the site being finished.

GoogleI have lived in my Pentland house for almost a year. Everything has been perfect and the site staff have been extremely helpful. Any issues I have experienced have been dealt with very swiftly by the customer care department whom I cannot recommend enough! I would have no issue in recommending a Pentland house to a new purchaser as the quality and standard is second to none.
