GoogleOrbit are the Landlord/freeholder of the flat I own, on another development and have failed to fix a leaking roof for over 8 months. I would never recommend buying a property with Orbit as your Landlord or freeholder.

Been renting a new build 2 bed house orbit,been wating since April 22,the front of house living room and bedroom are always freezing cold,and I mean cold even with heating on,every day I'm having to wipe condensation and it's a lot from windows, even inside front door is soaking wet,don't think it's insulated properly, other residents have started complaining.had enough.
