GoogleI lived in a property managed by Neel and Macks Properties for 10 years, and I could not have asked for a better experience.
Neel was always incredibly accommodating and understanding, and I was consistently treated with kindness and respect. Any repairs were handled promptly, often within days, and sometimes even on the same day. Communication was always clear, responsive and professional.
Having had different landlords in the past, I truly consider myself fortunate to have come across Neel and his team. They provided me with not just a place to stay, but a safe and comfortable home, which meant a great deal to me as a single person.
I will always be grateful for the care and support I received during my time there. I wish Neel, his family, and the entire team all the very best.

GoogleWe highly recommend Macks Properties for anyone who is looking to rent a property. My family and I have rented a house in Kenley, South London, for the last more than two years. From day one we were very much impressed by the service we received from Macks Properties agent, Neel Patel. He was honest and trustworthy, and on top of that showed care and concern for us. He was helpful in practical ways too, by answering our questions and giving specific guidance for us who were new to the area. He saw to it that we settled in well.
Neel was always quick to respond to any query or issue we had. He would send out their own handyman to see to small issues that arose, or, when necessary, mediated very efficiently between us and the landlord, representing us well and speaking on our behalf to get repairs done. We never had to fight to have maintenance done. Neel respected our schedules and time preferences and remained truthful throughout.

GoogleMack’s Properties / Neel Patel has made such a mess with our properties electrical, , water and stole expensive wardrobe doors, inexpensive immersion heater, and kitchen units. Put in second hand kitchen units. He also had one man band doing the property and ran off with huge sum of monies leaving unfixed toilet on the floor both new and old.
All the rubbish outside I. Garden including beer cans , food packages. . All drainage is messed up with cement .
We noticed the LinkedIn profile , Harrods etc.

Even after 5 years the issues are not being rectified with water and electrics as there was wiring done where there there were no wires. So I have been threatened by fake notice and took £15,000.00 with no refurbishments done. Taken expensive kitchen units, expensive wardrobe doors etc.
Not seen him since and constant issues with the property left huge damages.

N Amin please can you remove this review because it is factually incorrect. For those reading this review, a minor refurbishment was carried out in 2020 and N Amin failed to pay our final invoice. Since then we have had no correspondence so I'm unsure why you have chosen now to leave a review. To summarise, we just replaced sockets, did not interfere with house electrics and an EICR report was issued by a qualified electrician. The immersion tank was replaced by a qualified plumber with an invoice supplied to you. We did we steal broken sliding wardrobe doors, you approved the replacement of them but then refused us to finish the job so you didn't have to pay the final balance. The kitchen supplied was from Magnet and N Amin approved the design/colours from the visuals sent along with invoice showing everything was brand new. I was also told the laminate flooring needed to be varnished which naturally you can't do and, again, pre-approved specification. There is no garden so not sure where the beer cans came from but absolutely not from us. I have never worked at Harrods and I'm not sure what my Linkedin profile has to do with anything. Our works didn't include the need for cement so I'm unsure how we can be blamed for that either.
This review is very harmful to a business which has over 150 5* Reviews and I have reported to Google to fact check this and have sent them pictures of the project we carried out showing the work was done to a very good standard.
