We bought a house through The KS Property Group and dealt with Stewart. From start to finish I have to say he was amazing. Answered all our questions promptly and if he didn’t know then he found out. Had recommendation's for mortgage brokers, solicitors etc nothing was too much trouble. He made sure everything went smoothly and kept us informed all the way through! Blimey... it was a bit of a slog (with collapsed chains and absent solicitors!) but, at every step, both Kayleigh and Stewart were there to sort and smooth the issues, which seemed to arise in abundance. We were moving from Kent to Scotland, involving even more adventurous dramas but, however busy and manic it became, both K and S made us feel that our move was as important to them as it was momentous for us. I couldn’t recommend a letting agent more. We have been renting an apartment through KS Property group and they have been fantastic throughout. Stewart was always a text away and had our issues sorted as soon as humanly possible. He even came to the property to let in and stay with a gas engineer whilst he sorted out our boiler, so that we could have our hot water sorted before we got back from work! Super friendly and incredibly helpful people, I couldn’t recommend them more.

After working with her, we completely agree. When we first gathered quotes, Kayleigh was towards the higher end of the fee range, but from the moment we met her we knew she was different and gave so much more. As a first time buyer the whole process initially seemed quite daunting. But I found a house I loved and thankfully it was one of Kayleigh's. She was amazing in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups due to issues higher up the chain, but she continually chased the relevant parties and kept me regularly updated. Due to my work I am often unable to answer calls during the work day but that was no issue for Kayleigh and Stewart. I know who I will be selling my house with when the time comes.

Having previously worked as an estate agent I know how good and how bad estate agents can be. Kayleigh is a fantastic estate agent! She is always available to be contacted via telephone, nothing was too much of an ask and if she didn’t have an answer she would get it as quickly as she could. Kayleigh gave us a very honest approach to things which as a buyer I greatly appreciated, I didn’t feel like things were being forced upon me and it made the purchase much more natural. Kayleigh took time to explain things to me and my partner about the purchase in a simpler way than solicitors could, which was always a massive help.
