I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.

I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent (Hunters at Harbone)They make a lot of mistake in tenancy agreement date. When talking about money, no a single penny is allowed with them.Overall, the worst letting agent in the UK. Highly NOT recommended and give no satisfactory response to complaints.

GoogleHunters sold our house for us, and despite things not going to plan further down the chain, on the whole Hunters were great. Ashley in particular was very good at chasing for information and keeping us up to date with proceedings, and was very patient and professional. Thank you :-)

I’ve used a few estate agents in the past and have a fairly cynical view of them. However Hunters have managed to change my mind. The service and their communication has been very good all through the process. Highly recommended.

Short, unresponsive team who despite the tag line of “here to help you get there” have provided no such help. Have applied for several properties as well as emailed to ask for guidance moving to a new city with rude responses that they are unable to support.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of two properties through Hunters in Tenterden. Throughout these transactions we found Andrew, Jake and Laura extremely helpful and very professional. Within two months of listing the properties both sales had completed and this timescale far exceeded our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault. Avoid!

Called to enquire about a property today 15/03/2021. Shut down at every sentence despite speaking in a friendly way. Awful telephone manner from the lady on the phone. Really put off renting from Hunters now.
