I purchased a lovely flat at Fresh Wharf Estate and initially had a very positive experience thanks to a responsive and proactive management company. Unfortunately, Countryside later switched the management to POD, and since then the standard of upkeep has significantly declined.

We recently reserved a house with Penny at Hindley green, Belmont place. Penny made this Whole experience easy and stress free and would always keep us updated on the progress. We have had a very positive experience with Countryside Properties.Although there have been very few issues, the ones we have had, have been dealt with very promptly with no stress or fuss.Big thumbs up to Dutton Fields, an in particular Chris the site manager who has gone above and beyond to ensure our dream home is perfect 👍👍

Countryside made the property process really easy for us. We have been really impressed their customer service and were even greeted with very thoughtful gifts on move in day. Zachary and Soultana were so helpful throughout the sales process and Freya went above and beyond when something went wrong on our completion (external to Countryside). We would recommend them!

We purchased a house on Dutton Fields, Deeside in September last year. We have had great service from start of purchase to after we have moved in. We had a great experience when viewing Coppenhall Place. Penny and Lisa at Countryside Properties made time to see us at short notice and patiently answered our many questions! They are knowledgeable, professional and it was a pleasure to meet them. The properties on the development are high spec and finished to a excellent standard.

We have had a great experience with Countryside, despite buying during Covid. The sales team have been amazing and kept us in the loop throughout. Gemma has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and done everything she can to meet our needs. The company are quick, professional and in no way pushy. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Lisa has been so helpful and friendly showing us round and talking us through the whole process. The houses are lovely and you get a lot more for your money compared to other developers. Can’t recommend them enough!

We bought our first home on the abbotsfield site. Angie, Justine and Annabel were all very helpful the whole way through the process. We initially heard many horror stories with certain developers but this certainly wasn’t the case with countryside. The whole procedure ran extremely smoothly from start to finish, would highly recommend!

From the initial contact to speaking with some people who had already moved into their new homes the feedback on Penny was exceptional with one occasion Penny responding on a Sunday evening. Since relocating to Rivers Edge in Warrington, Chris (Site Manager) has diligently addressed and resolved all the concerns highlighted by the snagging team we hired. Every task, regardless of its size, has been meticulously handled, and no detail has been overlooked (including countless skips). The builders in the area have been exceptionally positive (special shoutout to Dave), making the transition a smooth and pleasant experience.

As others have said, the sales team at Countryside Properties are very good at their job…. Countryside do install very good quality fixtures and fittings.My property did have a number of significant problems that appeared over time. To their credit, Countryside fixed all of them.Here’s something to be aware of though. With Countryside Properties, you will probably be required to pay freehold service charges, for ever.These are both uncapped and unregulated. Unregulated means that there is no regulator that you can complain to about unfair charges. Uncapped means that there is no limit on what you can be forced to pay. It is a legally binding agreement.That is what you are committing to the moment you put your name on their TP1 agreement.Do google “FLEECEHOLD” before putting down a deposit so that you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into. Do not rely on your solicitor to point this out to you. It’s a bit late to pull out by then.
