Adam assisted with our viewings and suggested that we add another house (that we subsequently chose) as it was in the same area. Oliver Spackman has been our main contact throughout the process and has been excellent at keeping us informed with any issues and developments, and has ensured that any queries have been resolved same day. Ollie has been particularly good at keeping in contact with all representatives to help move the purchase along, and we were able to exchange contracts just 7 weeks after the first viewing (and this included the Christmas period). I honestly can’t thank Tom Hogger enough. As a first-time buyer, I was so nervous about the whole process, but Tom made everything feel easy and completely stress free. Oliver Spackman, the Senior Branch Manager, was fantastic throughout, his communication was excellent, and he always took the time to talk us through each stage of the process in a way that was easy to understand.
