Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

Secondly, a minor issue once we moved in, not known to Winkworth was resolved in an efficient and empathetic way by both Alice and her manager Lucinda which we were very grateful for. We really enjoyed working together with Andrew C from the Kensal Rise office on the house we just bought. He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track. As first time buyers the whole process can be quite overwhelming so we really appreciated his open and honest advice.

I rented with Winkworth for three years and then ended my tenancy. As soon as I requested my deposit, my letting manager stopped responding to me and I have not heard anything in a month since I moved out despite constant chasing and have started a formal complaint process.
