Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!

Emily Bond was the agent that took care of me. She was attentive to my search criteria and as I was visiting a property and chatting with her she spontaneously said that she may have something for me that came on the market that very same day. We went directly and it was exactly what I was looking for. She put a lot of effort in to letting me see the house several times and even when it was late during the day after agency closing hours.
