Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.

If I could have given less I would have.The agent did not turn up for our viewing in Chelsea, I contacted their office before the appointment time to confirm the appointment, they said they would get back to me, I am still waiting. Completely wasted my morning. Vendors be aware they may be costing you sales.

They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.

The team at Strutt & Parker have handled my property rental process very professionally throughout two tenancy periods. For example, they were very through when marketing for new tenants and performing the admin work for each new tenancy. Then during each tenancy they always responded efficiently to any matters which arose.
