Wouldnt do any work with this firm in the future. Took months to pay a small invoice for works carried out at one of their managed properties. Kept asking to change the invoice address, all squabbling between each other who's department had the authority to issue payment. Complete circus full of clowns.

I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire

At this level of the market, tenants are naturally demanding asking many questions and making many requests and Alex patiently and professionally handled the negotiations, guiding me along hence making the whole process very smooth and easy.

Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.
