TrustpilotStrutt & Parker - Very Professional
The ο»Ώteam at Strutt & Parker have handled my property rental process very professionally throughout two tenancy periods. For example, they were very through when marketing for new tenants and performing the admin work for each new tenancy. Then during each tenancy they always responded efficiently to any matters which arose.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I were looking to rent a flat together recently and were assisted by a chap called Joss. Sadly we didn't find anything through him in the end but I really wish we had. A more efficient, charming and good looking lettings agent I am yet to meet. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotDO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Shockingly bad company. They do not give pence for the tenants, and what an acceptably rentable property should be. Standards do not exist as far as they're concerned. The Banchory office is the worst, and cut costs for the sake of simple safety and liveable standards.

TrustpilotA tricky sale
Strutt and Parker in Kent worked particularly hard to sell our unusual property (including annexes with tenants) - calm, well measured advice and action from Andrew Harwood, with support from the rest of the team, got a tricky sale over the line.
