GoogleI instructed Savills to sell my flat recently. They were excellent from start to finish and their support and advice was invaluable. I don’t think another agent would have got the price they did, particularly in this difficult market. Stuart Newton-Tyers was standout, in his client service, in securing the sale and in the support he provided after the sale was agreed and up to completion. Both Amanda and Charlie were also excellent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would whole heartedly recommend the Savills Kensington Office.

Visited Ross Reclamation for the first time yesterday. Wish I had found it years ago. Fantastic selection of flagstones, tiles, slates etc. etc. Michael, the owner, and Helen at the site are very friendly and extremely helpful. Our chosen flagstones were delivered by Michael the same afternoon. Excellent service.

GoogleExcellent work from Toby and Antonia in finding and securing a new flat. Toby was very competent, dedicated, and took great initiative to help smooth out various issues. He was even contactable on weekends and days he was off sick. Highly recommended

I have found myself locked out of my Google account because I used two factor authentication and no longer have access to the phone I used. Their recovery process is all automated and keeps declining me and I have no way of contacting anyone about this, so I am paying Google for subscriptions that I am unable to use and I cannot cancel them.

Bought a pixel 9 pro April 25. Fast forward to March 26, the phone has long green lines up the screen and I can no longer use touch functionality. It has normal wear and tear but due to the tiniest dent on the side of the device, the Google third party repair centre denied it's warranty.

GoogleI have used Savills once before and was impressed with their work. I asked them to sell my mothers house as she had recently died. The property market was disintegrating but Kit Allen, from Savills Kensington did everything brilliantly. Plenty of appropriate viewings and a solid buyer within 5 weeks. We completed 2 months after the house went on the market. That was amasing. Thank you Savills, you were wonderful all the way through.

I believe that Trustpilot.com is linked to multiple fraudulent websites. Do not use or trust it. I tried to leave a negative reivew of venuesuprise on Trustpilot and it could not be posted. I am sure that there are other sites that are linked to Trustpilot.com. Be careful out there, they want in your pocket.

GoogleLouis good. Antonia Dunn - Kensington letting office. They were an exceptional team… not only did they project the most accurate market values for my appartment but they also secured offers that matched these values. Other agents gave values of less than 25% and one have higher values yet others were 30% lower. They clearly were the most “on market” agent. Most impressive was Antonia's style. She was one of very few agents that worked through the weekend to ensure her client was well represented to me ( LL). She was considerate in her approaches to me, but with an offer /accept made by another agent over a weekend - she had to work on behalf of her client to try to secure. She wasn’t too pushy or aggressive - she was considerate and factual. Savilles did not secure the appartment this time but the team were fantastic.
