GoogleWe recently rented a flat in Kensington with Savills. The process took a bit of time due to some procedures, but Toby was super helpful throughout. He was always responsive, patient, and did his best to make things easier for us. Really appreciated the support. The check-in process was also very smooth.

If I could get google , no stars , google is a thief. Google has stolen my money on several occasions charging me for app that I never did download. And what they do is try to get you when you have a subscription. They will make it hard for you to try to delete or cancel that subscription. This is my problem with Google I have a new phone and I could not find my Google wallet so I went to the Play Store and just download it Google wallet cause that's what I thought I needed to do. Not knowing that they were going to charge me $20 for it.I didn't think there was a charge for having the wallet on your phone. So when I asked for the refund automatically right after if they took it out of my bank account, they said we typically do not give refunds on the Google wallet, but how come? That wasn't told to me when I tried to install it and it didn't tell me that there was a $20. Charge for it so now Google will not give me my money back.. I had to make a dispute and file it with my bank.This is crazy.Imagine how much money they have siphoned off people this way.

What ever you do, do not waste your money on a Google Pixel 10 Pro. It's a $1,000 piece of shit!!! The first only last for 3 days before it just completely stopped working. Now 3 months into disappointing performance, the phone freezes up, lagging issues and the finger print scan has stopped working properly as well. There are issues with the search results showing on the screen in a way that you can't even read it all. So in conclusion, A $1,000 PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!!!

Please read, as this is important if you are going to buy a Google Pixel phone. I bought a Google Pixel phone some years ago, it was the 7a, never had any problems with it, only about 2 years later the colour started to shade a bit, and the phone started to get a bit hot, but I sold it, and that was that. I decided to buy and treat myself to a Google 10(what ever you so DON't) This is the worst phone that I have ever bought in my life..Title: Dangerous device, appalling customer service...do NOT buy!

Omeara Villa Queenstown. We booked for five days two bedrooms,2 couples one couple arriving from Europe during ME crises. Unable to meet dates booked due to the crises requested a credit as we will travel on their arrival. Denied as non-refundable which we were aware of, but were looking for a little empathy as we advised 8 days before our arrival, got no hearing at all kept repeating nonrefundable which is not what we wanted as we were going to travel anyway. I was expecting a little thought as due the cancelation of flights from overseas got nothing even though they have had payment. Very disappointed with this company, taking money for nothing, when a credit would have done it.

GoogleMy experience with Savills Kensington estate agents in finding our flat was excellent. Kornelija was professional, friendly and very prompt in responding to our emails and calls. I don’t think I have ever dealt with such an efficient estate agent before. Because of Kornelija, I would definitely consider using Savills again in future and will be recommending them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

GoogleExcellent approach to client relations. Relocating from Switzerland, I was worried that finding and securing a flat would be very complicated and stressful. However, Ms Charlotte Elkington made sure that my relocation goes very smoothly. She was very efficient and responsive at coordinating all the necessary paperwork and very supportive as well. Her personal and understanding approach to the client is so rare in the real estate sector, which makes her work ethics even more valuable. Very disappointing experience with Google Support regarding my Pixel Watch 3 warranty claim. I sent the watch in because the sleep tracking function stopped working. I was then told that "outside frame/back cover damage" had been found and that I would need to pay for a replacement, despite the watch having no physical damage when I sent it.

I can explain in detail why this happened. Search accuracy is important to me. If I'm looking for a specific query, I don't need any synonyms or anything like that. I need exactly what I'm looking for! Google simply killed exact search with their newest algorithm. They have become so commercialized that it is almost impossible for a young business to advance in competitive niches without investing in advertising. Even in low-frequency niches, a site made in the early 2000s can be in the top, while all modern sites are far behind. It seems that some niches have simply been captured by Google managers and their relatives!

I have experienced many different pest control firms in the last 10years for a number of different properties & after much disappointment this last year in particular with the lack of detail on required proofing, I researched a number of firms & came across The Pied Piper who I have been extremely impressed with i.e., their fast responses/replies, their frankness & their attention to detail - example; photos of holes/gaps that need proofing & materials to use & guidance on how best to do the proofing to achieve the best end result.
