The worst possible real estate agents. Marsh & Parsons Notting Hill are the worst. They made constant mistakes, and cost me money, yet charged me full price with threats to sue me (when they made mistakes)! Anyone looking to do anything with property in Notting Hill, should avoid these people.Your reply is untruthful. Speak with Giulia Palumbo, she is well aware of my complaint about your woeful service.

GoogleRead the contract well before you actually sign it - especially regarding payments. They do not answer emails unless it’s to their benefit. Before signing the lease, they are responsive and nice, afterwards it’s a complete different story….disappointed.

GoogleI was keen renting a flat with Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill, but I experienced unprofessional behaviour which included having calls & emails ignored especially from an advisor called Hugo Carnegie. If you want your time wasted!, then contact this agency

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!

She showed us round our preferred flat several times, and she helped smooth things along during the purchasing process, when we ran into some minor issues as you always do. And she has even helped us afterwards, on several occasions. Recommend highly.

The head office is not responsive and they just don't care, the service is average and the head office does not respond to customers' complaints.The young agents are let down and not supported by the head office. I could write a full-page, however, I will not waste any more valuable time, other than say stay away from the agency. HEAD OFFICE DO NOT RESPOND. STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.
