GoogleJay was an absolute dream to work with, I am so lucky I happened to come across him when looking for flats. I did the whole flat buying experience on my own, but Jay made sure I never felt alone. His excitement when we found my dream flat helped me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision. It was also so nice to be able to share in the moment with someone who cared about more than just the sale. Even with a few post purchase hiccups (normal stuff) he's been super attentive an helpful. He's re-writing the Estate Agent book in my opinion!

GoogleAs a solicitor you must always ensure you protect your client's interest. This is particularly moreso on purchase transactions due to the ever increasing and changing checks, regulations and legislation imposed on solicitors and clients. Working with Jay is refreshing as his aim is not only to assist the transaction to get to exchange smoothly but he appreciates the legal process. We have had a difficult transaction due to legal matters outside of everyone's control, Jay kept the communication between parties smooth and regular. Jay is realistic when progressing a transaction and ensures all are in agreement throughout. Jay is an absolute pleasure to work with and a credit to his profession and clients. GoogleIt is always a stressful time wether you buy or sell a property. Sarah always listened very carefully and I valued her input. She is a pleasure to deal with as she responds the same day to your calls. From my many dealings with estate agents, I place the company that drives green and yellow minis at the bottom, and Marsh & Parsons (M&P) in the middle, but I place Sarah at the top of my scale. GoogleI recently bought a flat through Sarah Gerrett at Marsh & Parsons North Kensington and cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah is extremely professional, personable and goes the extra 100 miles to get things done. Without her, I’m confident the sale would not have gone through. The purchase was an incredibly difficult and stressful one, through no fault of Marsh & Parsons, I must add. However Sarah’s professionalism, organisation and constant communication throughout the nightmare process made it so much easier. She was excellent at keeping me informed with progress and advising me at difficult stages of the sale. After the experience we have been through together, she seriously deserves a medal (or a promotion!) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you, Sarah!

GoogleWhat makes Marsh and Parsons, Lancaster Road special is the quality of staff, in particular Sarah G. Her smile and happy attitude is underlined by her no nonsense professional, efficient and calm manner. She was in control of the whole process from start to finish and ahead of almost everyone else involved in the chain, solving issues as soon as and indeed, before they arose. A delight to work with, I will use Sarah again and recommend her highly.

The employees of M&P are clearly well trained and 'know their job' but what makes them 'great' is their enthusiasm and politeness even when the client is in the wrong or just ignorant about housing matters. They take the strain out of negotiations and use initiative in recommending what's inthe clients best interest

GoogleJust sold my family home with them and the experience was fantastic. They dispelled all of my preconceived ideas of estate agents and made this very personal and emotional experience easy and painless. A great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent estate agent. Sarah Gerrett and Jay Badiani were my contacts at M&P and they were brilliant, especially their sensitivity to selling my family home. Unfortunately this has not been my experience with the estate agent who is selling me a property so I'm even more aware of how good they are at their job!

GoogleI thought buying a flat was going to be a total nightmare. And it could have been… However happily for us Sarah (Garrett) was the agent! A very big THANK YOU goes out to her for finding us a fantastic flat, managing the whole process uber efficiently, dealing with all the challenges and hurdles, putting up with various emotional outbursts and generally being a complete star. We had an issue - our fridge broke down - which needed to be resolved urgently. Our contract was very helpful in arranging first a diagnosis and then for the fridge to be replaced. She was always available by phone, was responsive and kept us in the loop on developments. Thanks to her only in little over a week we now have a working fridge.
