As a seller I researched potential agents to use for the sale of our flat in Kensington using AI. Marsh and Parsons came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Out of the 4 that I used this agency stood heads and tails above the others in all aspects. I wanted to express my disappointment with the way access to the property was handled during my tenancy. I made it clear that I was unavailable on the date you requested access, as I had an important hospital appointment that I was unable to reschedule. Despite this, I received numerous emails, pressing me to "make" myself available to accommodate your preferred timeline. Although I had clearly explained my circumstances, I ultimately went to considerable lengths to assist. I arranged for friends to collect the keys from me and stay overnight at my flat so that the technician could be granted access first thing the following morning. What I found particularly frustrating is that there appeared to be no genuine urgency requiring access on that specific date. As I was due to vacate the property shortly thereafter, the work could easily have been scheduled once I had moved out, avoiding significant inconvenience.

We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property.
