I have rented my property through Marsh & Parsons for the last 3 years. I am especially happy with the property management team given that I live abroad. They respond to queries from my tenants and from my promptly and always provide detailed information about any issue. Big endorsement for the Hammersmith property management team, especially Kisha Quintas.

Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.

Thank you to our Property Manager, Abdullah Leghari, for his consistent care of our property, and consideration for our tenants. We have had many maintenance issues, due to other flats in the building. Dealing with the Building Management and Insurance Company was a slow and frustrating process.
