Poor communication from the property manager, Elisabeth Ppasa. Both the landlord as well as the tenants had to chase her via emails. They do not return the rental deposits on time, giving lame excuses.

AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY !!! If I could give them minus stars I would. Worst experience ever. Extremely disorganised, not responsive to emails, and trying to scam you at every point of the tenancy. But rest assured if you are in one of these situations… they don’t have a legal team lol and they tried to make it seem like I was breaching the contract while on multiple counts they were at fault.

Terrible experience. I am still stuck with them due to my contract. The agents are misleading; the flat turned out to have mold, leakage, and was handed to me in a terrible condition. Talked to the previous tenant and said she had already complained about all that.
