I worked with Carmen from the Knight Frank Hyde Park office to let my flat out in Bayswater. The process was very smooth from start to finish but in particular, Carmen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, diligent, selective in finding good candidates, very quick in her replies and also in my opinion went above and beyond in her role in helping resolve issues with preparing the flat for a new tenancy. And she was very friendly and pleasant in her working style, very easy to get on with. 10/10 in my opinion. It’s always a hassle to let your flat out, but when I next need to, I will be contacting Carmen!

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Friendly, straightforward and upfront; genuinely helpful; energetic but not at all pushy; and above all I felt she really wanted to help me find the right place for me, and not just secure a quick deal. I know I can trust her. Aftercare after the tenancy was agreed has also been exceptional.

Clear and categoric assurances were sought before signing up with KF regarding marketing, communication, dedicated personnel for viewing and ongoing reporting during an agreed six month marketing campaign. All were blatantly ignored thereafter and in fact we heard not a word from them for nearly 4 months at one point! When I contacted them to ask why, I received a glib, one line unsubstantiated assurance regarding their ongoing efforts followed by a further periond of silence. Not once did I receive a progress report as I had been promised, or any communication at all in the last three months of the campaign unless I was chasing them. When the six months came to an end, I had to ask them to remove my property from their listings, which I was assured would happen immediately. Of course they did nothing and I had to chase them again two months later, after I learned from another agent that it was still there!

Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him. We bought a house through Knight Frank in the summer of 2024. I can thoroughly recommend Knight Frank and its employees in the West Country. In particular Rachael Hancock head of sales progression, Mark Proctor regional partner and Stella (Littlewood, I think) who gave up her time to show us around the property. Their expert knowledge of the house itself, the area, local laws and the buying process clearly showed why Knight Frank has earned its reputation. Even though the house we bought was relatively small within Knight Frank’s portfolio we were made to feel as important as any client and when the going got tricky as it does in any purchase, well, all I can say is I am glad they were on our side.
