Few viewings were achieved and we sold at a substantial discount. Mainly of course the market but ultimately we felt Knight Frank could have done more.

constantly told to call back and when I did call back they did not answer the phone
I was supposed to meet yasmin at 3 o'clock at a property nothing no communication she left the office till 12 30 even though she rang me at 9am and we agreed to meet at 3 and she would email me more properties to look at
I phoned and gave a colleague my number to get back to me as I had arranged all my business meetings around meeting her at 3 to see the property as had another commitment at 4 it was a total waste of time and when I finally got through more unprofessional behaviour told to call back and when I did they never answered the phone never in my life have I been treated like this from any kind establishment I feel as though iam not being taken seriously I feel as though I was racially discriminated against and pushed to the side and my time was honestly just wasted I would not recommend this establishment unless you want your time to be wasted

They put me under unreasonable pressure to rush me into signing, including making some pretty spurious and unnecessary criticisms of me and my solicitor. It felt like Knight Frank exacerbated rather than mediated the pressure coming from the seller.

Our teams always do their best to be considerate of our customers’ needs, whilst at the same time striving to get the transaction to a successful completion.
