Very Impressive Service from Knight Frank

We were very impressed by Knight Frank’s follow through on our purchase. So often, estate agents can cast you adrift once the offer has been accepted. The opposite happened with our purchase. Florence Biss helped hugely with moving the sale to exchange, liaising with our sellers and keeping us up to date with what was needed and how things were progressing. She provided an absolutely first class service and made what is so often a highly stressful situation really quite bearable.

After a telephone conversation with Beth Tighe

After a telephone conversation with reference for a rental property, the service we received was exceptional. Friendly and very helpful. A viewing was arranged within an hour as we were in the area. We met up at the property with a young lady called Beth. She was knowledgeable of the area and the landlord of the property but unfortunately it was too small and did not have a garage. She then said she would send details of another property, which we received but again it just didn’t meet up to our needs. Beth has taken all our details and is keeping me updated constantly. This is excellent and much needed with moving to a new area. It is great to know that we are being well looked after. I would like to say Thank You to her.

Phillip Dunn - Best property manager

I can't stretch enough what a great experience to have Phillip look after any queries I had the past months (which is truly rare in most property management firms). Overall amazing experience so far with Knight Frank, they simply take it to the next level and put in place an emergency number you can call outside working hours and it does live up to the standards one would expect ! I got them sending me a plumber on a Sunday less then 2hrs after making the call … can’t beat that ! and that’s just one example.
