GoogleWhen there were unexpected legal problems, Daniel at KF pulled out the stops to work with the buyer and us, the sellers, and problems solved. The sale went through, everyone happy. A month after the sale the buyer found family pictures behind a radiator, KF went to the trouble to send me photos of them, very kind.

GoogleThis is a very belated review for Issy Foster. Issy helped my husband and I look for flats in Chelsea last year. I cannot praise her enough. She was thoughtful, intelligent, responsive and always showed us properties of the highest quality. She didn't seem so much interested in pushing any property down our throats as in helping us find something perfect for us. We ended up purchasing a flat in Notting Hill, which was outside her remit but our only regret is that the sale was not through her. If this sounds gushy, it isn't meant to be. We are very exacting clients so it is important to us that Issy get her due for the excellent service she rendered. We wish her all the best and I hope that she gets to sell us our next flat. A professional landlord with 2 of my residential properties with Knight Frank and managed by Kasia Zelazko.For me it is imperative that I have a property manager who is efficient and provides a genuinely professional service - and this is what I get with Kasia.When you pay a management fee you need to get a commensurate level of service, KF through Kasia are achieving a high level of service for me and supporting the tenants in a timely and sensible manner so all parties are happy!I thoroughly recommend.

Awful . Arranged valuation and to discuss selling , when they didn’t turn up and I called to enquire what had happened and to rebook , a very rude lady told me she didn’t know what had happened , I couldn’t rebook and hung up on me !
