The efficiency of their service was second to none. The communication was very good. I worked with one of the agents, Jamie. He was swift to arrange the viewing, patiently answered all our questions. We bought the house, but will not be dealing with Knight Frank Dulwich ever again. They are 100 percent on the sellers side and in fact created such a hostile environment that we almost pulled out of the sale. Sales tactics from the estate agent felt wholly unprofessional and personal.
