Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

I have been referred to many tax consultants to handle my property tax matters as their fees are cheaper. However , I still stay on with KF Edwin Chan from the tax dept . He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems . It’s really nice working with Edwin ;)

GoogleI have a long history (10 years!) with Knight Frank in Chelsea. James Pace is the perfect agent. He is attentive, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done. He has sold two properties and found the perfect house for us over the years with the same wonderful approach. He just makes it happen! For most of us dealing with property can be a touch stressful to say the least so having a great agent with a solid and caring team is paramount.
