Never again renting a house from these agents. The changed our move in date they day that we were supposed to move in without giving us an option and we had just landed from abroad! Leaving us homeless! The house had mice and they didn’t do anything about it and our landlord was replying to us. THEY RENTED US A HOUSE FULL OF MICE!! We had several issues with the landlord and they didn’t seem to care. The agent disappeared the day before we moved in and we had to chase down their manager!

In 30+ years, by far the worst Agency I have ever come across or used. I would strongly advise to use another local Estate Agent. I have just wasted 4 months "buying" a house with KFH Battersea SW11, on the agreement that I use KFH to sell my house, as we had not planned to sell or move and was not even on the market! We were explicit on several occasions, that we would only sell for that house, due to health and disability. Ed Hocken 'Director' wrote that the Vendors had given us 12 weeks exclusivity. I had to advise about the order of the photos, wording on the brochure and on the very rare case of a viewing (approx only 6 in 4 months), the inexperienced Agents would walk around silently, not selling or highlighting any features or benefits which at the time I thought unusual. I even reduced by £350k to get viewers through the door, but none came and every other house around, went under offer or sold. I kept asking about the Vendors and if they had concerns. We were continually reassured right up to 2 days before passing the house (with my family with disabilities) to find that a family were living there. When I emailed on the next working day, Ed admitted that the house had already been sold. As it takes 3-6 months to buy, clearly they had gone with the other interested party that Ed told me about (claiming that were instead supposedly buying something else with them) from the beginning. The very young Director, even passed on his 'sincere'condolences regarding my parental loss, whilst secretly at the final stages of Completion. Of course, Ed will and does continue to deny any of the above and make up even further lies to cover the deception. We are not naive and understand Agents may need to 'withhold the truth' sometimes and have a back up plan prior to exchange. However to be told that the market should be better the following week (by the 'Senior' young Agent Michael) and then 2 days later see people actually living in the house, is by far the most callous, ruthlesss and cruel treatment to endure. I remain astounded and shocked. I RECOMMEND TO AT LEAST AVOID THIS BRANCH, IF NOT KFH as a whole if this is the way they do Business.

My wife and I had a great experience with KFH during our process of buying a home. From the beginning, Sawan, Sharon and Ravi, were very helpful and professional and provided a lot of advice. As first-time buyer and foreigner (French) it is not always easy to understand the whole process and the information provided was very welcome. We had a great experience, super services provided, and we were more than happy to work with them. We will definitely recommend the Team, and will continue to work with them for future remortgage.

TrustpilotExtremely expensive and not great service to the landlord
We are really struggling for KFH to provide us with appropriate quotes for some maintenance as our flat. They generally provide one quote which extremely high for what needs to be fixed. We pay a monthly management fee, however if the quote is above £1000 then they charge an additional 10% of the quoted fee…for what I don’t know (a quick inspection and a few photos). I’m not sure why we pay a monthly management fee then. KFH just did our 6 monthly inspection however didn’t identify any of the issues we have in the flat. Hence, I wonder what they do. Is it a true inspection. Again, not sure why we pay a monthly management fee.

The team at KFH were exceptional. Liam stood out for his warmth, authenticity, expertise and genuine passion for our property. His advice was clear and sensitively delivered. Craig handled the day to day viewings and delivered an agreed sale, above asking price, in under two weeks. The whole team were polite, extremely responsive, on top of the details and hustled on our behalf to get the deal done. All in, we went from offer acceptance to completion in 8 weeks, which was very fast. We had some issues with the solicitor acting on behalf of our buyer who created some additional stress due to a late funds transfer (the day of the move). Whilst this wasn't KFH's fault, it was a KFH recommended solicitor. Luck of the draw I guess. KFH handled the hurdles and stress this introduced admirably and in the end we exchanged and completed successfully on the same day. It was a white knuckle ride with everyone driving hard. I would question KFH on who they recommend if your buyer uses their referral service. Overall, this was a blip and I recommend KFH Chiswick without hesitation. A great service at a highly competitive price delivered by genuinely lovely people. My opinion of estate agents is forever transformed. Bravo.

Probably one of the worst experience of purchase ever. From the outset, both agents from KFH Holland Park have exhibited aggressive and overly assertive demeanors that have significantly impacted my experience in this transaction. The insistence on accelerating the timeline for the exchange of contracts without due consideration for the agreed processes has created unnecessary pressure and stress. This approach not only undermines my trust in KFH’s professionalism but also erodes the quality of what should be a careful and considered decision-making process.Moreover, despite explicit instructions and an agreement that all property related communications should be directed through my legal counsel. I was dismayed to receive chase emails constantly from KFH agents and unwelcomed phone calls from as well. This not only disregards my specific request but also interrupts my daily responsibilities and personal peace.

FacebookThis is my 77 year olds mum’s flat, which KFH have and are still dragging their heels sorting out. At the moment my mum is homeless and having to stay with either my brother or myself. This is the only option my mum has as her flat continues to be unsafe to live in. I would strongly recommend anybody thinking about taking a property from this company to think very hard before entering into any sort of business with this lot. They are a shambles 😡

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEAs owner I do not suggest at all KFH. They forgot to deduct from my statement the rent that a previous tenant had payed and to give me back the fees that I had payed to them. Instead to apologise for the mistake they refuse to take there responsability asking me and the tenant to solve the situation between us and even wanted the tenant, not them, to give me bavk the fees that they kept twice.In 32 years of renting the flat never happened such a unprofessional and really bad behaviour
