GoogleJDW lettings team at the Ken Church St. branch stands out in terms of service. I found the right property at the right price quickly. The team was also particularly helpful during the exchange of contract and referencing process making sure process runs smoothly. I recommend the lettings team at JDW&co Ken Church St. highly.

GoogleI could not be more pleased with John D Wood. The contracts were exchanged within 9 weeks. We had many viewings all attended by Samantha. We have been kept informed about prospective buyers very frequently. The sale has altogether been very pain free.

Yet another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society. If you want to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues and contract negotiations handled professionally I would try someone else

TrustpilotTerrible experience
Terrible experience - arrogant, dishonest and just awful estate agents. They give the industry a bad name. I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with them in the future.

GoogleIt was incredibly reassuring to be supported by such an experienced team. The steady stream of viewings was exceptionally well organised yet the most significant contribution was Matthew's expert closing of the deal, for which I am very grateful.

TrustpilotAbysmal service
Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. Was promised the earth and then told to reduce my property price constantly to get a quick sale. Cowboy outfit posing as class Estate agents.
