TrustpilotAttached marketing banner to my property without consent
This company is fly-posting marketing banners on my property's fence without consent. I've reported them to the local council.
Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know. Could you please email further details to marketing@johndwood.co.uk so we can investigate.

TrustpilotNadia - An Excellent Agent (John D Wood) To Deal With
Nadia, at John D Wood, was an excellent communicator and frank about the flat, the market and clients. She was obviously knowledgeable about the product, prompt in placing the flat in the market and with viewings. I really would like to give Nadia, at John D Wood the opportunity to rent this flat for me when it becomes vacant again - I really valued and will value Nadia's approach.

TrustpilotRENTERS BEWARE
RENTERS BEWARE John D Wood is a very deceitful company. They are withholding my rental deposit after nearly 4 week’s without a satisfactory explanation. They have ignored all requests and constantly lie to me. RENTERS BEWARE

TrustpilotHad a really good experience
Had a really good experience! Ellie Bowers the estate agent I was in contact with was very nice, efficient... She showed me a few properties and really into consideration what I liked and did not liked and found me the ideal flat. Her approach was not as salesy as can be with some other estate agents. Feels like she really cares about her customers. I would highly recommend.

TrustpilotJohn D Woods a great choice
We are very satisfied with a capital V with the service we received to sell our property in Weybridge. All the team are great but Ruby Rowntree who dealt with us from day 1 is excellent both caring and professional.

TrustpilotTenant changeover - handled very well
The tenants that JDW found for me in 2019 decided to leave after one year, disappointingly, but JDW (Trinity Road branch, SW18) found two people who appear to be excellent replacements, with only a 10-day void. The necessary arrangements were all made in a professional manner. I'd particularly like to single out Shoeni Oates for the excellent service and advice I've received as an inexperienced landlord.

I found the team at Fulham led by Eduard to be very caring and thorough, quick to respond to any queries. The team's personable approach made a big difference and built trust between us from the get go. Thank you for a successful outcome along a very smooth journey of interactions between us.

TrustpilotJ D WOOD Parsons Green
The Parsons Green office have been absolutely wonderful in the sale of our property in Fulham, offering excellent advice and exceptional service. Adrian and Molly in particular have been wonderful to work with - they are incredibly knowledgeable, and so supportive. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly!

TrustpilotAwful experience
Awful experience. Reached end of tenancy and despite instructions being followed and agreement with the Landlord, no return of deposit as yet. Seem incapable of resolving the issue - or do not want to do so. A sad end to the tenancy and completely unnecessary. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

TrustpilotTerrible agents
Terrible agents, a bunch of kids who do not know what they’re doing. Awful at keeping you updated on the progress and very disorganised. You have to chase them and only to find out that something hasn’t been done or done too late thus you ending up missing out on the property! What a waste of time

I am very happy with the attention Alexandra Crocker, Emily Hughes and Harry Crookenden are given to me in regard to the short-let tenancy of my flat.Any issue I have they try to solve immediately .I recommend John D Wood for the very professional and experienced people they have.

TrustpilotThe worst of all
The worst of all. Penelope Leng showed me a property that is not ready to move in. And the renting price is increased when I told her that I want to rent. I don't know the company but I know the letting negotiator who made me unhappy about the whole experience.

TrustpilotWhat a joke
What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email, text, call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

GoogleFaultless experience with John D Wood. The Chelsea Green team were exceptional and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Thank you for your kind review, and also for the business. We enjoyed selling the house, and were delighted it went so well. Do let us know if we can help in the future. Kind regards. Robert Green, Director

Very unprofessional, extremely hard to get hold of when you want something done.

GoogleRobert Green at the Cale Street office found, advised and nursed to completion my purchase of a stunning property in Cheyne Walk, all in a matter of a few days! I continue to turn to him for informal advice on property matters, which he gives cheerfully, promptly and highly competently. When it's time to sell, I know who I'll be instructing!

GoogleWe had a number of estate agents come to value our home in Chelsea. John D. Wood was the most impressive and turned out to be highly professional. A huge number of people came to view, but the team minimised disruption and sold our house very quickly for an excellent price. We definitely made the right choice!
