My wife and i were very impressed with the Hamptons Sunningdale team during our recent house purchase. Proactive, professional and empathetic all in good measure as we navigated the legal and financial hurdles of house purchase in the UK. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend.

I've dealt with Hamptons sales several times over the years.Hamptons are far and away the best lettings agency in the area - I know, I've worked with a number of others.The lettings department respond quicker to property issues than any others I've dealt with.

Hamptons and my property manager, Amy Goldstein, are both terrific. They are responsive, use excellent repair groups and are a pleasure to work with. I feel we are lucky to have them as our property managers.

Hamptons have been in charge of renting our property in Taplow for the past 3 years. In general the service has been good particularly from Judy in the Maidenhead office. However she has sometimes been let down by the performance of Hamptons accounts department who have not always measured up when using their third party payment service.

We have rented through Hamptons many times over the years whilst in between selling and buying our next property. They have always been very professional. We are renting now and Jocelyn, our property manager, has always been proactive, helpful and friendly. She keeps us informed when things need sorting out.

The absolute worst housing management and agency. Over the years we (the tenants) have been spoken to with disrespect and when requested any improvements/issues, responses took weeks. Utterly incompetent.

TrustpilotAs a long term landlord......
Hamptons have managed our home for 5 years. They handle all the issues, large and small. What I particularly like is that when they make a mistake, they will acknowledge it and work hard to resolve it. They are also very flexible in their approach. That's how to build a long-term relationship. We are all human, but these are decent, reasonable people.
