While we have had some trouble with Hampton's in the past, we are giving 5 stars purely due to our new property manager Alex who resolved a blocked drain outside our flat (causing flooding) as quick as possible. He really want the extra mile calling several different companies to find someone who could help us immediately and was polite and friendly despite our relentless messaging about the issue. Thanks, Alex!

I bought a house via Hamptons, Marlow. I've always had low expectations of estate agents - based on all my previous dealings with them but Stuart at Hamptons really surprised us. He was straightforward and honest. If only all estate agents were like this.

Hamptons in Amersham are wonderful!Melissa, Kraig, Aidan and the rest of the team were all highly professional and more important knowledgeable in guiding me through the process from the first viewing to when i finally moved in many months later.I definitely recommend them.

TrustpilotAvoid Hamptons if you want your deposit back
Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

Daniel Johnson at Hamptons contacted a company to investigate a problem with the washing machine at one of our rented properties. They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service, above and beyond what was necessary to manage the sale of our house (and my gosh what a lot was necessary). I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you have to pay an estate agent fee then you can’t begrudge paying it to Hamptons. Hard working, honest and always there to help smooth things along.
