TrustpilotBlatant liars - the most unprofessional service
We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

In particular our agent Kinan is a real gem, not only did he find the perfect place in a prime location according to our specifications, he also made the process very smooth and effortless and was always available to us. We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleI’m impressed by Mr James Young in Foxtons , as I contacted several agencies, and spent a lot of time looking for an apartment, and thought it was impossible to find an apartment according to my criteria. since my demands were high and I wanted it at a good price, and my friend advised me to James Young . Thanks to his professionalism and clear understanding of what the client wants,I was still able to find a two bedroom apartment in the heart of Knightsbridge , at the lowest price possible in the real estate market.
