The process was smooth and seamless, which made what can often be a stressful time feel easy and well organised. A special shoutout to Jack Cuthbert, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He took us to multiple viewings, was always friendly and approachable, and really took the time to help us find the right place. His ongoing support and communication made a big difference, and thanks to his help we were eventually able to find the perfect flat!

Harriet Booth is simply the best estate agent I have ever worked with. From the very first interaction, Harriet brought an energy and dedication to her work that I have never encountered before in an agent. Lightning fast responses, always on the ball, and consistently positive throughout what was a very stressful and demanding search process. No matter the setback or difficulty, Harriet found the positive - every single time. Her enthusiasm made what was a genuinely tough process feel so much lighter. I trusted her completely and she never gave me reason not to. And the final seal of approval - my mini Yorkshire Terrier, who is generally quite shy around new people, really liked her. That says everything! If you are looking for an agent who is truly motivated, highly professional, and will go above and beyond for you, look no further. Harriet is exceptional.

Our experience with Foxtons Sloane Square was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, we were left in the dark, with abysmal communication and a complete lack of transparency. The move-out process was a disaster. We were tossed between clueless agents who clearly didn’t have a handle on our tenancy. Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, they slapped us with hidden charges like a "landlord’s commission refund" that we were never informed about. Even after we moved out, the incompetence continued. We were repeatedly promised updates on our deposit, but those never came through. It was like talking to a brick wall. Foxtons Sloane Square made the entire rental experience far more stressful than it ever should have been. If you’re looking for an agency that actually values its clients, look elsewhere. This was a masterclass in how not to run a business.
