From my initial property viewing with Stephanie, I could feel a much nicer, trustworthy approach compared with other estate agents I'd been dealing with, and the offer and contract process was facilitated seamlessly with regular communication from both Jozef and Stephanie. I cannot recommend their services enough!

We have been working with Bective for quite sometime and it has been a pleasure so far. The staff at each Bective location are friendly, organised and always efficient. As a Sales Advisor for TWF Services I deal with Tenancy Progressor Jozef Georgiev on a regular basis, I can always trust him to be professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Overall I have found Bective to be great company to work with from a business standpoint.

GoogleAbsolutely no customer service by Pamela de la Cruz and Lorene Hardy. This was my second attempt working with this agency but with equally disappointing experiences that barely went beyond initial discussions. Absolutely no requirements that I shared (location etc) was acknowledged and I was bombarded with options that were not even close to what I was looking for. On occasion when I would find something on my own on their website and inquire, they are unable to respond. It seems their first priority is to push flats that have been on the market for a while. I do have to say though that Lucy who was an intern during my first inquiry was fantastic. I hope the toxic culture at this agency didn't ruin her great attitude and customer service.

We were having difficulty finding a tenant for our three bed Chelsea flat. Chiara Thomas of Bective L M took up the challenge with great charm and absolute determination in a very difficult market. Before long, she had found a family who were a perfect fit. She saw the process through to it’s conclusion with a gentle but firm hand.A job very professionally and well done. This year Claire Hassall and Kimberley Oldham provided an especially personal service, showing real determination to match our quirky, lovely property to their many enquiries, until the right person viewed and fell in love with it. They are a great team at BLM and a delight to work with as landlord.
