super attentive, they call you all the time, they want to be liked until your request to rent the apt is approved, then you will know who is really Charlie or Dexters.we lived in a apt 70 burton court, franklins row Sw34sx Chelsea for over a year, we had several problems with the apt and one of them was a RAT INFESTATION, we have a 2 year old baby and every day we had to live with rats in every room of the apt, we called dexters several times and no one wanted to help, the landlord even sent us some guys to try to cover some of the countless holes made by the rodents but nothing could contain the rats, there were days of terror inside the apartment 70 burton court, franklins row Sw32pu, THIS HERE is not a complaint but a mother's outburst, I wouldn't want this to happen to other families, the rats are still there, dexters will not change, they treat their customers like trash, all they want is your deposit and that's it! I do not recommend dexters sloane avenue to anyone and the worst of all employees is called CHARLIE.

Percy Landrum Director of Sales at Dexter has a wealth of experience and it shows particularly with the sales, at the same time, of my 2 flats (1 bedroom) in Chelsea. Percy is extremely knowledgeable, diplomatic and yet efficient with difficult tenants and in the end he gets the job done in a record time. He is supported by a very sharp team (Katie Blowers and Eugenie Tilliole) who know the ropes and will be of great support and guidance. My flats were on the market - in this complex Brexit market - at the right price and I had the final offers within a week. The key to speed and completion is also for the seller to be able to keep momentum going by responding in a timely fashion to any queries and e-mails sent by Dexter. I would highly recommend Percy Landrum and his team Katie Blowers and Eugenie Tillole.

Reliable follow up and she made every attempt to do property viewings at times suitable for me. Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. I had a wonderful experience with Dexters who were recommended by my daughter. From the moment I called to list my property they were proactive and a pleasure to deal with. Percy Lendrum met me with Jemima at my property and within days it was listed on the market. I was always informed of viewings with feedback. Within a week or so I had received an asking price offer achieved by Roger who had shown it to clients. I wanted to exchange ahead of the budget just a few weeks later and thanks to the persistence and constant communication of Percy Bodington that was achieved with completion 10 days later. Percy Bodington liaised with myself, the buyers and our respective lawyers. He was persistent but always calm and friendly and communicative. He kept everyone inside. We complete next week and I could not be happier with the services of Dexters.. Thank you to all of your team. I will definitely be using Dexters again.
