GoogleI was really please with the service I received from Chesterton's South Kensington. They found me a top quality tenant, were smooth and efficient with guiding me through the paperwork process and also provided contact details for various additional support that I needed such as electricians, gas engineers, inventory companies etc. I would highly recommend them! My preferred method of communication was whatsapp which they used extremely efficiently, smoothlining the process for me as it meant I wasn't having to constantly speak on the phone but could drop messages back and forth adhoc when suited me. GoogleI enquired about a property listed Chestertons South Kensington a few weeks ago to start a cursory search for my husband's and my next downsize property. Little did we know how lucky we were that the enquiry led us to Tom Hewitt! Unlike other realtors I'd reached out to on this search, Tom took the time to call me and ask detailed questions about our search. When he showed me the property I'd initially asked about, he also was able to get me in to see other properties with similar specs, and I came away from that first search knowing I would be happy moving into any one of them. The attention to our needs, along with the quality of the properties presented by Tom Hewitt and Chestertons, were unparalleled by any other agent or realty we dealt with on this search. Furthermore, when my husband and I decided to place a bid on one of Tom's listings, he not only worked in our best interest on price, but he worked tirelessly and quickly to secure our lease in less than 36 hours from our initial offer. I am surprisingly pleased at how much more pleasant this latest leasing experience has been than our previous ones. We are coming away with a hugely positive experience, a massive recommendation for Chestertons, and a genuine appreciation for the amazing Tom Hewitt, who we hope will take our verbal contract seriously and show up at our new place on a regular basis for cocktails and barbecue.

GoogleWorking with Tom Hewitt at Chestertons has been a fantastic experience. He really considered what I was looking for in a flat and as a result I only had to see 2 properties to find the perfect flat that I was looking for - even with a dog in tow! It was a relief to work with Tom as he managed the search and viewing process as well as the negotiation and closing process incredibly smoothly. It's very evident that he has the best interest of his clients - both tenants and landlords - in mind and seeks the best outcome for both parties. I would recommend him to anyone!

Eliza,the agent who supported my search, quickly gathered three apartments that matched my needs perfectly, I made my choice and within 48 hours the full process was complete and I moved in three days after viewing. Chestertons and Eliza followed the process professionally and quickly. I highly recommend Chestertons.
