We are moving from the USA to the UK and enlisted Chesterton’s help to find a flat to let. We dealt with several branches & agents, but by far the most helpful was Shannon Kearns. She showed us more properties than all the other agents combined! More importantly, she took the time to educate us about the area throughout the day. We could tell she really has her customers’ best interests at heart and was assertive without ever being pushy. We would work together with her in the future without hesitation.

Very helpful and courteous service from the Kensington High Street lettings team - Mark and Dean were very good and very supportive. Even my outgoing tenant thought Chestertons was more professional than other letting agents instructed on the property.

I have been consistently misled by the local office that looks after Barnes and Mortlake over several years. Originally it was attributed to a turnover in staff and the problem was so big we naturally gave the time to resolve. However, our patience was misplaced. 10s of visits, emails, and meetings, and two years later, still nothing has been done. They have done a professional job of obfuscation and created the illusion of service. However, quotes have been lost, very few follow-up calls, and communication by omission and many, many quotes have been arranged, keeping us busy and under the impression, something was happening, but nothing.

GoogleI have owned my flat in Onslow for 20 years. I have used many agents in the area and all have provided the basic unimpressive personal service. About 3 hearts ago Chestertons took over Farleys business and Justine Waterman became me manager of my flat. It is quite usual to find someone who is as good. I live overseas and have been so delighted with her service, I went thought a major renovation of my flat recently and she was always there to help and to make sure the contractors should be doing what they are paid for. she still looks after my flat and frankly I would be lost without her attentions to it. She is the very best assistance you will ever get for help in this area and i could not recommend her in the more strongest terms. She really cares about her customers. Generally Chestertons are very good but if you want a real diamond to look after your interests Justine Waterman is your lady. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me and is the best help I have had on my flat in 20 years. Hight highly recommended.

Property management team of chestertons is a total disappointment. Even in emergent conditions instead of trying to be responsive, they are counting pennies. They left me in a drainage water flooded flat without any support, advising putting the heaters to max and opening the windows. In the fight of building and flat managements’ insurances, what you experience is totally meaningless to them. Their main concern is serving insurance companies. What I’ve learned is, getting and checking the insurance policy before you move in a rental is a MUST!!
