This agency is a disaster and a disgrace. They are completely disorganised and entirely unprofessional. They think Covid isn’t a big deal and aren’t serious about safety measures. Further update - after I gave Chesterton's a bad review, they tried to go to TrustPilot and tell them it wasn't a real review! So they also don't want you to know the truth. Truly predatory this firm.

I had one experience with this Barnes based estate agency and would never employ their services and have also told them so.The information that they supplied me with was not only incorrect but a complete lie.Unfortunately for them I’ve been in the business of buying and selling houses for several decades and know the procedure and law inside out!I would recommend that anyone reading this takes note of what I’ve written.

GoogleRecently purchased a flat through this branch and to sum it up, it's been the best experience I've had. The entire team have been really helpful in negotiating the deal with the seller, and additionally have been proactively helping to move the sale forward swiftly. At no point did I feel pressured to make a deal which was not in my favour and I've been given all information completely transparently. Very pleased
