GoogleI formerly gave this branch of Chesterton's 5 stars, but recently I've had the worst possible experience with their sales team. So I feel that a 1 star is justified because if this situation. They were lackluster and extremely bad at communication. When I tried to address the problem, nothing improved, if anything their performance became worse. I would never use their sales team for anything. It's chaulk and cheese compared to their lettings department.

The worst agency ever. 0 ★ if possible. The only agency that would shout at you over the phone, and cut off your conversation while you are trying to talk nicely to them. 0 responsibility for everything and always trying to get away with everything by having a phone call instead of sending an email
