The worst experience with a real estate agent in my life.Secured a tenant with a previous detention/penal past without checking the background. The tenant had constant and absurd requests that were not properly managed. Left before the end of the contract and then sued me as a landlord. Chestertons refused to take any responsibility and left me alone with hefty legal costs

He was the kindest and most accommodating agent I met, and a genuinely personable individual. In a market where supply was extremely low, he managed to book me a viewing the same day we had chatted. In the following day, he was able to present me with several good options while all other companies failed to do so. He even called after transferring me to another Chestertons location to check in on how everything was going. I could not recommend this office more! See if you can catch Mark, he is super helpful!
