Very good service from the team, especially Suzan and Thomas. Tenants were found quickly, helped with the paper work and organised EICR in time before tenants moved in. Getting new keys cut and arranged handyman when we had a couple of stressful days before tenancy began.

GoogleCan’t recommend. Made an offer and seemed all fine. After this straight away they started to push for money and try to get me sign a contract. Did a viewing after just to ensure the flat was fine. The current tenant of the property said there were leaks and many other problems and the estate agent tried to brush it away. After this they kept almost begging me to sign the paperwork to ensure they would secure a deal. Then refuses to give me my deposit back while I opted in for another property with them. Do not recommend and stay away. -Myroslav

I waited for the agent named Katherine to come with a client today at 09:30AM to see the flat that i’am currently staying.The day before I asked her to RECONFIRM the viewing because sometimes people cancel last minute.1. She did not call me to reconfirm the viewing!2. She was 20 minutes late for viewing and of course I thought it was cancelled!3. The BIGGEST problem: She didn't even ring the doorbell to allow entry into the apartment. She just opened the door with the keys and I woke up with her in the flat and a man (the customer).I was undressed and I am also 9 months pregnant.Disappointing!!!!!

Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

She is the agent who really takes care and sends options that are not random and definitely suit my criteria. During busy market periods some agents do not even respond to emails and do not call back - Dawn is nothing like that.
