This agency is a disaster and a disgrace. They are completely disorganised and entirely unprofessional. They think Covid isn’t a big deal and aren’t serious about safety measures. Further update - after I gave Chesterton's a bad review, they tried to go to TrustPilot and tell them it wasn't a real review! So they also don't want you to know the truth. Truly predatory this firm.

GoogleTerrible terrible service!!! I just moved in in one of their apartments. Huge problems in the flat and haven’t been able to speak to any of them (they’d only put you through voicemails and never return your calls)
