GoogleWe have rented with Reeds Rains for three years in Kenilworth and they were great. Claudia assisted us during the last two years taking care of any issue that needed addressing very promptly (e.g. our oven was faulty and they sent the technician within days! ). They also made check in and check out process very smooth.

GoogleRecently going through the process of renting my first property. Lisa, Harvey and the rest to the team were brilliant in not only providing me with all the information required , but also for helping me with all the questions and queries I had. Jay, their in house finance advisor was brilliant in helping to sort out the right insurances needed. A very friendly and helpful person who made the process very quick and easy. This was also the only firm of letting agencies that offered this service. For a first time renting a property this was so useful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking at properties with the agency to go forward. A very friendly and helpful team.

GoogleI have been very happy with the service received in the sale of my mother's house. As I live 130 miles away I have been particularly dependent on Reeds Rains for communication. On meeting Jake I was impressed by his professional approach, the information he provided and his local knowledge. Subsequently we communicated by phone or by email. He responded promptly, and regularly kept in touch keeping me up to date with progress. If he wasn't available his colleagues never failed to pass on messages. I felt confidence in Jake's advice and appreciated the personal touch and efficient handling of the sale. I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains in Kenilworth.

GoogleLisa, the estate agent from Reeds Rain, did a fabulous job showing me a house in Kenilworth yesterday 7th Jan. She took notes of my questions and was straightforward. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at the top of the house, it became clear that the house was not for me. She acknowledged and understood my reasons. So the fifth star is not there because the house was not for me, but as a professional she deserves 5*****

GoogleMyself and my partner were looking to rent a property in Kenilworth through Jake and his colleague Alex. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30am which we arrived early to. We received a phone call from the estate agents telling us that Alex had apparently not turned up for work and asked if we could move the viewing back to 10am (these things happen, so we agreed). We then drove to the local shop and as we were parking we received another call from Reeds Rains saying, that the current tenant was happy to show us the property, which was absolutely fine. We drove back to the property and introduced ourselves to the current tenant and they were genuinely lovely people, but stated their lack of faith Reeds Rains. 15 minutes into our viewing of the property, there was a knock at the door. Alex had finally shown up to work and was followed in by the next viewee due at 10 o clock, whose appointment was not moved back half an hour. Alex then proceeded to show the second viewee around the property whilst myself and my partner were stood in the hallway. By this point i stated in front of this second viewee that myself and my partner were interested in the property and would like to put down the required deposit, as he made no effort to talk to either of us. Alex then said that we would need to visit the office and discuss it further with Jake. To ensure that we were prompt in our decision, my partner called the office whilst we were getting into the car, to let them know that we were on our way. Once we arrived at the office we were greeted by Jake at the back of the office. We told Jake that we were interested in the property and that we would have liked to have put down the deposit following any immediate checks that he would would have needed to perform (those that he did need to do, we passed). I also explained to Jake how we had been treated so far, this was brushed off with an "i'll talk to Alex" seemingly dismissing that it wasn't just a case of talking to his colleague but he would need to regain faith in myself and my partner. After taking this information he stated that he needed to contact the landlord and check to see if he was happy to let the property to us. This response would be given to us on the same day or the following Monday. I'd always thought that estate agents couldn't be quick enough to take money out of your hand. In our eagerness to get the property i also emailed Jake stating that we could put down a holding fee if it was required, to which i received no reply. Monday my partner called to see if there was a response and she was told that there would be an answer that afternoon. That afternoon came around and Alex had attempted to contact my partner, but she was unable to answer the phone. My partner messaged me saying that she thought Reeds Rains had attempted to contact her, but she wasn't sure as no voicemail had been left and no email had been sent. I then called Reeds myself and got through to Alex. He then told me that because the 2nd viewee had a higher income and because he was a single tenant, he had obtained the property. Unfair and unprofessional, i would not rent or buy any property from Reeds if this is how they treat there clients. I feel we have dodged a bullet. Would love to give minus stars.

GoogleHaving used Reeds Rains previously when remorgaging I felt more than happy to use their services again. Our new advisor Natasha has and continues to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her, even knowing myself that I'm not the easiest of customers as I'm always asking questions! She is always willing to answer. I would recommend without question to any of my friends or family to use the services avalible if you want an advisor that is honest and always happy to help.

GoogleI found the service offered by Natasha Bains as Reeds Rains mortgage advisor brilliant. She took all the stress out of finding the most appropriate mortgage as well as the necessary life insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend her and use her service again. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the estate agent service. Having only viewed one property marketed by themselves, I found them overbearing with regards to the almost daily phone calls regarding my property search.

The whole process from start to completion was completely simple and hassle free due to Natasha's professionalism. She talked us through the whole process and madesure she got us the very best deal, not only with our mortgage but all our insurance policies. She was very patient and always on hand to answer any questions we had for her...which we're quite alot.
