GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. No communication, unprofessional staff members who speak about clients and accidentally forward emails showing them discussing / gossiping! They sourced a buyer who didn’t have the financial backing to proceed with the sale and pulled out of the sale. Accused of “interrogating” the sales rep. Totally unprofessional and lack of integrity throughout the process. AVOID!

Hastings have been prompt with communications at all stages of our house sale. They have responded to our enquiries thoroughly and patiently, often on a face to face basis. Nothing has been too much trouble. The professionalism of the photography, videography and presentation was outstanding. I chose Hastings legal to sell a property. The estate agency team were very professional. My thanks go to Suzanne Burn, Alastair and Lesley as well as the girls at Eyemouth, Duns and Kelso offices.Natasha handled the legal side which proved more complicated but with perseverance and patience the sale was completed.I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Hastings and would use again when needed.

GoogleAn awful experience. They never answer emails. They had not been able to provide an exact Google Maps point or a screenshot with a house to check how close neighbors were, etc. before the viewing, Ronald has proposed in a short and rude manner to just cancel the viewing instead. So I've asked for one small simple thing that any agency gives you by default and basically has been told that I don't need it (they probably know better than me what I need) and sent away. Such a great way to treat customers.

GoogleExtremely poor at communicating with potential purchasors solicitor. Following the fall through of the winning bid, emailed asking for "full and final offer", despite this having been submitted at closing date, and also stated "...don't worry there's nothing funny going on at our end". Miraculously the original winning bid was reinstated. The whole manner in which this was done and tone of communication does make one wonder...NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
