GoogleI’ve worked with Open House now for over a year. The service I’ve received has been great. Tom and the team have been efficient and always keep me updated with what’s occurring, so I have very little worries. Would highly recommend for other landlords.

GoogleI would recommend these I really would the staff are so polite very helpful and when they show you round property there so nice made me and my family feel so welcome we had the pleasure of Jack and he spoke to our 2 year old grandchild and my downsyndrome brother with so m7ch respect as if he was a friend not an estate agent then since we viewed the house the members of staff could not have been more helpful 😀 👍 def go threw these for a property you will be amazed with the service provided

GoogleIf you want to sell your house, go with the best, go with OPEN HOUSE. Tom, the Manager, is young, friendly, enthusiastic and super efficient. Open House is a family owned business with a great and friendly sales team who are always there, to advise and answer any questions on the sale of your property. Our property, was sold STC within 2 weeks of being marketed with Open House. We couldn't have been more happy with the help and advice we recieved. So a big, Well Done, to Tom and all the team. FacebookStafford Open House have been fantastic. I own a few rental properties and Rob and his team have been simply wonderful. They have advertised the properties very professionally, found me perfect tenants for the houses, having shown them around. Completed checks on the tenants and written wonderful water tight contracts, as well as completing a full inventory of the house (including pictures) and all for half a months rent! GoogleCannot recommend open house enough , rented a property around 6 months ago with them , from viewing the property to signing the tenancy everything has been dealt with professionally and promptly , if I have ever had any maintenance issues then I’m able to call or open a maintenance ticket and the issue is always dealt with so quickly 10/10 service especially from Jack who I viewed with to Dom who did all the paperwork with me , every member of staff is polite and friendly. GoogleBeware. This group will make sure to hold on to every penny of your deposit. We left our flat spotless - actually in a better condition than we found it, ironically, however they somehow fleeced £400 from us. They do this by charging for general wear and tear and unless you took a photo of every inch of wall they will hold you liable. If there is as much of a fingerprint on the wall they will charge you a 'repainting' fee. We spend 2 days cleaning the flat, bathroom and shower drain included and they still charged us a 'cleaning fee'. I can't imagine what they would do to tenants who actually didn't look after the flat. If you rent with this group just be prepared to not getting your deposit back.

Luke went over and above what any estate agent would normally do during the whole sale process from start to end. Viewings were organised and dealt with and I accepted an offer within approximately 8 weeks of the house going up for sale. Fantastic service!
