GoogleWhitegate fully managed our property and gave us the report that it is in good condition and well looked after by the tenant only to find that the property had been used to grow drugs and it was trashed. Had to spend hundreds to bring it to the level where it could be rented again. Will never recommend them to anyone. They refused to accept any responsibilty.
Dear Manjit, Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you feel we did not provide sufficient support when your tenant unfortunately died last year. We did respond several times over the weekend to provide assistance and we obtained the full deposit refund for you. Unfortunately this was a very sad situation regarding your long term tenants sudden death which no one could have predicted.
