FacebookThe agency didn't take any action against a landlord who wasn't playing by the books. Half of things in the house should have been throughly assessed but wasn't otherwise the house would have been in a better state. A bad credit score was threatened upon us once we moved and raised complaints and asked for action to be taken. Will never rent a property via this landlord or agency again. Our concerns for our safety weren't taken into consideration even when we did live in the property.
