Brunton Residential were exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly quick to respond to our enquiry, arrange a viewing and help us secure the property, which made the whole process much easier. A special mention has to go to Jay, who showed us around the property. We attended with my wife and our baby, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, taking his time to answer all our questions and never making us feel rushed. He understood how important finding the right home was for our young family and genuinely went the extra mile. We really appreciated the personal touch and couldn’t be happier to have found the perfect home for our family. Thank you Jay and everyone at Brunton!

Danielle Gibb was the estate agent for my move and she really helped with the stress of things. We had a bit of a protracted sale, with late attempts from the buyer to renegotiate. But Danielle was so reassuring, helpful and informative. My solicitor was also a difficult character, so a couple of times throughout the process I considered just cancelling the sale. But Danielle helped me through these difficult stages with a kind and understanding nature. You should be proud to have her as a sale progresser at BR.

So glad we came to brunton residential first, had such a positive experience - Our letting agent Harry was absolutely brilliant, he made the whole housing process so much less stressful and was always on top of everything. Managed to find us multiple properties at very short notice and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was always very quick to help with anything we needed, so we really felt like we were in safe hands! Honestly have no complaints.

They did everything they could to facilitate our rental move when our previous property sold, in just 6 days! Chloe kept us up to date with every step we had to take. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brunton Residential. As a first time buyer, they took the stress out of the negotiation with the vendor, and even put me in touch with a financial advisor. I’ve had a very positive experience with Brunton Residential. The team has always been friendly, professional, attentive and helpful throughout the time I used their services. I’d highly recommend the team at Brunton. This was our first time using them after using another estate agent for our previous four sales and purchases, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The whole team was professional, responsive, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. We couldn’t fault the service we received. From our initial meetings with Greg and Michael to our day-to-day dealings with Leah, everyone was fantastic. Leah, in particular, was amazing throughout and always went above and beyond. My wife and I bought a new build house for investment and invited Brunton to find and manage a tenant for us. Having used Brunton to sell for us previously we thought they’d be ideal. We were not disappointed, from the initial meeting through to managing viewings and choosing the right tenants we have been impressed and in less than 5 weeks they found tenants and they moved in today.
