We came from a tiring period of searching for properties within our budget and we ended up viewing a couple of properties with Stirling Ackroyd. Our agent, Feroza, picked up pretty quickly our taste and understood our requirements. She showed us immediately something that fitted ourselves and made the process easy. I highly recommend them!

I had a really good experience letting my flat through the Soho office; Scott, Nic and the the team provided me with a very professional service. They vetted prospective tenants closely and gave me very honest feedback.They were good at problem solving when issues arose and gave very valuable advice at each stage of the letting process. Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.

GoogleLast summer I was looking for an apartment near Old Street. Considering I was going to live by myself for the first time ever I was quite stressed out about the whole flat hunting&moving in experience. Stirling Ackroyd was one of the very few agencies that wrote back to me very quickly and put me in contact with Emlyn who showed me two available flats. Neither of them really appealed to me, so he suggested a third one. He was patient and responsive from the start and it didn’t take him long to realise what I was looking for. The moment I stepped into that flat I knew that there was where I wanted to move right away and I can only thank him for presenting it to me. Throughout the tenancy, he’s helped me whenever I needed something, always easy to reach&communicate with and a very pleasant and friendly guy. I definitely recommend him and Stirling Ackroyd and will use their services again in the future.

GoogleFlat hunting is not fun, and it is often frustrating to get dragged around to see properties that don't come close to the profile that you have set. Emlyn at Stirling Ackroyd was great; he took the trouble to get to know us and to understand exactly what we were looking for; he tried to find properties that were relevant; he gave us good, sincere advice and he was mindful not to waste our time. On two separate occasions we relied on Emlyn to find us the right flat and both times we were extremely happy. The best was that he was always there for us throughout the tenancy. Exemplary service - thank you!
